Oak Park Marketplace was an infill Redevelopment project, which required the assemblage of 15 parcels, successfully bringing a major grocery store back to the Oak Park community. Importantly, the project included an 800 sq ft. community police resource center and public art coordinated by the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission.

Award:

Recognized by the Stockton Boulevard Business Association in 2000 for it’s economic impact and contribution to the Redevelopment Area of Oak Park.
